Funds managed by aream Group have sold a portfolio of solar plants to the independent Italian power producer LCF Alliance. “The deal shows the attractiveness of the market and at the same time the longevity of the plants“, says Markus W. Voigt, CEO of the aream Group. 

The portfolio comprises eleven PV plants with an output of 10.6 MWp, which are managed by the German holding company SolEs Zarasol GmbH and were developed and built in Apulia between 2009 and 2011. 

The sale represents the third transaction between aream and LCF: in 2022, LCF acquired Italian PV plants totalling 8 MWp in both Sicily and Apulia.
