aream Group has advised Quadoro GmbH on the acquisition of two parks in the renewable energy sector. “We acted as close advisors on the buy-side and brought the deals to a successful conclusion“, says Markus W. Voigt, CEO of the aream Group.

The aream Group was responsible for the sourcing of the wind farms, carried out the economic due diligence, managed the external consultants and provided support during the contract negotiations. 

The deal includes the Perl II wind farm in Saarland with a 5.6 MW Vestas V150 turbine with a hub height of 166 metres, a rotor diameter of 150 metres and a production of around 15.1k MWh p.a. Commissioning took place on 23 August 2024; aream is also responsible for the operational management of the wind farm. 

The second part is the Gerterode photovoltaic park in the municipality of Niederorschel in Thuringia. The park has an output of 9.6 MWp and produces around 10.2k MWh p.a. The commissioning date was 03 April 2024.
